January challenge

It's New Years day! We hope everyone who celebrated had an enjoyable festive season and you are ready to start a whole fresh year of crafting. 

Our first challenge of the year is an early nod to Valentines Day and Spring Weddings as chosen by Brenda, it's....

The obvious choices mentioned above can be expanded to Anniversaries, Engagements and so much more and as always there's the option of Anything Goes. A gentle reminder, you can enter collections of ATC's but only single Tags or Bookmarks.

For this months prize we have a stencil, tag dies, sentiment stickers and some twine....

We have a variety of romantic themed creations which we hope will inspire you to join us....

December winner and Favourites

We had some fabulous entries this month with so many following Lynn's Red and Green theme, but all were really lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed visiting your creations, our thanks to each of you.

Lynn's choice: No 33 Chrissy, I love the use of the Alcohol Inks with mica flakes and the added stencilled snowflakes make stunning ATCs

Pinky's choice: No 41 Maryann, I love how beautifully made it is with the sweet little image and cute bell and it has that little bit extra with the pocket.

Brenda's choice: No 37 Pat, her ATC is so detailed incorporating many seasonal elements, music poinsettias, winter pines in all in traditional colours.

We will be back on New Years day with our January challenge and hope to see you all again for a New Year of  Tags, Bookmarks and ATC's.

Red and Green inspiration

Morning everyone, we have some more inspiration to share following Lynn's Red and Green theme which has already seen some lovely entries.

Happy December everyone! With many of us wrapping gifts for the upcoming festivities we are hoping lots will be making tags (and ATC's) which you will share with us.

Whilst Lynn's theme offers the obvious choice of traditional Christmas it could be something totally different and as usual theres the option of Anything Goes as well.

In case you didn't see our mid month post, in future Bookmarks will also be accepted as entries. We often see them entered and they look so similar to Tags that they are now accepted as entries. So if you are making some to gift, please do share.

November winner and DT selection

Our thanks to you all for your entries this month, we saw a lovely diverse range of tags, ATC's and bookmarks and lots embracing Pinky's Add Texture optional theme.

First we have the winner of the ATC bundle as selected by Random Org., it's no 25 who is Denise, please mail us with your full name and postal address.

Moving on to the months DT Favourites....

Pinky's choice: No 30 Sarn's ATC, The flower just pops off her ATC and the background is full of texture yet very subtle. Makes a beautiful ATC.

Lynn's choice: No 25 Denise's collection of ATC's, they are just a delightful set of ATCs with so many lovely details.

Brenda's choice: No 15 Karin's tag, the elegant leaping Reindeer and choice of colour give a lovely soft Winter feel.

Textural Inspiration

We're back with some mid month inspiration following Pinky's 'Add some Texture' theme which also has the usual Anything Goes option.

We want to let you know about a change which is that in future Bookmarks will also be accepted as entries. We often see them entered and most look so similar to Tags that going forward we will welcome them as entries.

Our prize this month is a bundle of goodies which lend themselves to creating ATC's, but most elements will work with your tags as well.

Welcome to our November challenge, this month Pinky has selected the theme which is....

Add some Texture

or Anything Goes

So many ways to incorporate texture and we feel sure you will have lots of ideas to share with us on your Tag's and ATC's. Your can enter up to four times, either single tags and ATC's or collections of ATC's. And a gentle reminder that to be eligible our rules require you to include brief details of make of stamps/products used.

Our prize this month focuses on ATC's and is a collection of ATC size stamps, stencil, sentiments and fibres as well as some ATC's and envelopes.

We have used a variety of different textures on our DT makes and hope they will inspire you, we are looking forward to visiting you all.
